FREE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM AT INDIA HOOK ELEMENTARY

PLEASE NOTE ANYONE REGISTERING PAST SEPT. 1 FOR THE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM WILL BE PLACED ON A WAIT LIST – IF ALL SLOTS ARE FULL. SO PLEASE REGISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO SECURE A SLOT
THE PROGRAM IS ONLY REGISTERING A TOTAL OF 75 STUDENTS
Starting September 15, 2015 Academic Achievers/S&L Consultants LLC, with collaboration from the Rock Hill School District 3, will be providing a FREE 21st Century Community Learning Center Afterschool Program at India Hook Elementary School called the “PIRATES” program. The PIRATES Program combines academic support and enrichment programs to help students in 1st – 5th gain enrichment and academic skills. Please note that this program is not just for students who need academic assistance – it is an enrichment program as well!! There will be focus on reading, writing, leadership and self-esteem.
NOTE Registrants after September 1, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted as we will let you know when your child will be able to receive placement!! The Pirates Summer activities will focus on:
- Academic Lessons (including Math, Language Arts, Reading, and Writing)
- Cultural Enrichment
- Entrepreneurship Principles & Business Ownership
- Technology and Creative Arts
- Health & Physical Fitness
- Games & Club Activities
- Guest Speakers
Hours of Operation
The program will operate at India Hook Elementary School from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm on Mondays through Friday starting September 15, 2015.
NOTE – WE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE PARENT ORIENTATION DATE ONCE SCHOOL STARTS
A parent orientation will be mandatory for all selected participants to attend the afterschool program at India Hook.

How to Register
To take part in the FREE Pirates Afterschool Program, you must register your child by following these steps:
Complete an online registration form at www.indiahookpirates.com
All registration forms must be completed by Sept. 1, 2015. Enrollment is based on a first come, first served! IF THE SLOTS ARE FULL YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST.
After reviewing all information, we will confirm each child’s enrollment and transportation request by email and or letter notifications.
Additional Information
- Free snacks will be provided.
- Limited transportation will be provided for free. Parents are required to request transportation on registration form.
- Students must participate all four days each week.
- All students enrolled in the after school program will have an opportunity to participate in a free summer program.
